Gerald Sprute
Gerald Sprute is an associate attorney with the Law Office of Beth McDaniel, PLLC. He grew up in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, but with family ties in Idaho, attended Boise State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science. He returned to Seattle in 2000 to continue his education and graduated in 2003 from Seattle University School of Law. Gerald began his legal career as a prosecutor in Federal Way, Washington, during which time he enrolled in the LL.M. program at University of Washington, graduating in 2007 with a Masters of Laws in Taxation. He entered private practice shortly thereafter, and has been assisting families and individuals with their estate planning, probate and elder law needs since. Gerald is a frequent speaker on planning for retirement, estate and tax planning. As a Rotary member he is active in the community; he is also a member of the Elder Move Alliance and the Redmond Neighborhood Resource Council, these organizations center on planning for retirement years and aging in place. He has been recognized by his peers at the Washington State Bar Association with the Random Acts of Professionalism award. Gerald lives in Duvall with his wife, Lisa, and their two children.
