I-405 (either direction)
Take Exit #2b. Go North to Rainier Avenue South. At the first stoplight, turn right on Grady Way. Turn right into the very first driveway. Straight ahead is the Evergreen Building. You can park and enter on either the east or west side of the building.
From SR-167
Go North on 167 until it becomes Rainier Avenue South. At the first stoplight, turn right on Grady Way. Turn right into the very first driveway. Straight ahead is the Evergreen Building. You can park and enter on either the east or west side of the building. The Evergreen Building is located between the Holiday Inn and AMC Cinemas.
Handicapped Access
If you have a handicap that prevents you from climbing stairs, go to the west side of the building and park in one of the designated parking spots. Locate the lift, and ring the doorbell. From I-405 (northbound), take the NE 8th Street exit. Follow the signs to head east.
Take a right onto NE 8th. Go east (straight) on NE 8th to 124th Avenue NE. Turn left. Go north (straight) on 124th to the first light, which is Bel-Red Road. Turn right. Turn right into the third driveway. The building is called the Forum West, (look for the sign), which is on your right. There is disabled parking and an elevator at the rear of the building. To get to this entrance, once you turn off Bel-Red Road, drive immediately past the building and turn right.
From I-405 (southbound)
Take EXIT #14 onto WA 520 E, toward Redmond. Take the 1st exit off of 520 (124th AVENUE NE). Go south (straight) on 124th to the third light, which is Bel-Red Road. Turn left. Turn right into the third driveway. The building is called the Forum West, (look for the sign), which is on your right. There is disabled parking and an elevator at the rear of the building. To get to this entrance, once you turn off Bel-Red Road, drive immediately past the building and turn right.
From State Highway 520 (westbound), take the NE 148th Avenue exit. Turn left (south) at the end of the exit onto 148th. Go to the fifth traffic light, which is Bel-Red Road. Turn right. Go through 130th (the fifth light) and look for the sign on the left for the Forum West building -- the fifth driveway past 130th (approximately 3/10 of a mile). There is disabled parking and an elevator at the rear of the building. To get to this entrance, once you turn off Bel-Red Road, drive immediately past the building and turn right.
From I-90/Issaquah (westbound), go west on I-90 and take the 148th Avenue SE exit. Go north on 148th Avenue SE (it will become 148th Avenue NE) to Bel-Red Road. Turn left. Go through 130th (the fifth light) and look for the sign on the left for the Forum West building -- the fifth driveway past 130th (approximately 3/10 of a mile).
