In 1995, Beth A. McDaniel was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association. She pursued her interest and passion in mediation before accepting a position with a local law firm. After a few years, Ms. McDaniel decided to open her own practice.
The Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, was founded on August 5, 2002, when Ms. McDaniel was invited to share an office in the Evergreen Building, located in Renton, Washington. Initially, Ms. McDaniel utilized the paralegals of her officemate for administrative services. When that became impractical, Ms. McDaniel hired her first paralegal. When the paralegal subsequently expressed that she was too busy to properly manage her workload, a part-time legal assistant was hired.
As Ms. McDaniel’s client base grew, a second part-time paralegal and office manager/marketing specialist was added to the practice. In December 2010, a lease renewal was coming due. At the time, Ms. McDaniel started looking to see if there was a suitable office building available for purchase which was close in proximity to the Evergreen Building. Amazing, such a building was located on 272 Hardie Avenue SW, in Renton, less than a mile from the firm’s original location. On November 1, 2010, the firm opened at its new location expanding its services with the addition of a receptionist.
The firm prides itself in offering high quality services in the areas of estate planning, probate, long-term care planning, guardianship, special needs planning, and trust administration. We want our clients to feel comfortable, well informed, and respected. In short, we treat our clients as we would want our parents to be treated.
